Changed your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to return anything, no reason needed. Items must be unopened and sealed — these are skincare products, and that is a safety condition rather than a bureaucratic one.
If something is faulty
If a product arrives damaged or faulty you have 30 days. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.
How to return something
Call or email us with your order number. We arrange collection from your address and confirm as soon as it reaches us.
